Lifetouch - Sports photos

My daughters team was photographed for the spring soccer season and the girls have never received them or an order form to order

This would have been at the end of April if memory serves me correct.
We would really like to order these as we have all 6 of her previous years

Desired outcome: Would like to purchase the pictures
