Raymour & Flanigan Furniture

In mid April, 2023, we went to the Raymour & Flanagan outlet store in Woodlyn, PA. The sales rep told us that during the last weekend of April there would be a friends and family sale and asked us if we could wait till then to come back and order what we wanted. He said with this sale, the customer would receive a $50 Visa gift card. We waited till the last weekend of April, went back to the store, placed our order and was promised the Visa gift card would be sent to us 2 weeks after the delivery. Our purchase was delivered on May 2nd. After a few weeks of not receiving the gift card, my husband went into the store to ask about it. He was told they would be sending it out. Over the course of 3 months, my husband stopped in the store 4 or 5 times and was just given the run around. I have e-mailed Raymour & Flanagan twice, weeks apart, and have had no reply from them. I am very upset with the way they treated us. They kept giving my husband the run around and never replied back to my e-mails. This is not a way to do business. I will never make a purchase from Raymour & Flanagan ever again.
