Wendy’s

So about 30 mins ago, me and my son went thru the wendy’s drive thru after a few hours of swimming…the dinning room still hasn’t been opened since the beginning of covid…lack of employees….. Sure…every other restaurant or fast food chain has had there dinning room opened for months now…. But anyways back to my problem…. After about a 15-20 min wait in drive thru line I ordered a chili for me.. Which i’ve been craving for months…got my son some fries…. The fries were ok…not enough salt…but the chili was watered down and thin with next to no flavor.. I had to add salt, pepper and chili power to this popular item…. I’ve had problems before at this wendy’s but never made a complaint because I work in the restaurant business..25 yrs in the kitchen and 5 yrs in the foh…. After 3 strikes with this wendy’s i’m just gonna buy chili from eat and park…. Seems no one takes pride in there jobs anymore…especially dealing with food service…please address this lack of supervision and lack of consistency with your wendy’s in west mifflin, pa
