1. No answer when you call the store. I drive to store and front desk person said she only helps people in line and can't answer the phone as well.
2. Store associate doesn't verify my stored information in their computer and says we have 20 in stock you will b so happy to get it in a week but I will put down two weeks on your receipt - just in case!
3. You don't answer phone and I drive to store. Ohhhh we don't have your phone number the front desk person says, I give her number and delivery calls to tell me they are coming the next day! Yea!
4. No delivery, you don't call to tell me it is not coming.
4. I complain and magically a Manager calls to tell me it will b delivered Thursday.
5. Delivery calls twice that I am getting my delivery!
6. Delivery calls third time - we can't find it... If we do u will receive it Monday... What?
7. Store doesn't answer phone...
Desired outcome: I would like to b $$$$$ compensated
