today at 10 AM I went to the gas station because I needed gas and had $3.70 in shop n save rewards for gas. I get the full 30 gallons when I have that much in rewards. I went inside to give them my reward card and the man came out to the pump with me and said I had to use my credit card for the 30 gallons of gas, then come back in and he will take care of the rewards. I went back in, and the man said sorry the rewards did not work but you still have your $3.70 in perks. What good is that when I just got 30 gallons of gas and some of my perks will expire on May 21 2024. I asked to talk to the owner and was told to leave my name and phone number. I did and also said what time is the owner there? I was told he is only in for 10 minutes in the morning. I now have a credit card bill for $115.24 for gas that should have only been $2.97.
