InTown Suites - The general manager and all around attitude of the general manager

I went to the front desk yesterday 10/18/2023 to update my room key at your Pittsburgh Pa location, because it was not working. the general manager approached me and stated "is this for room 305"? I stated yes it is. He proceeded to tell me in a very ignorant and arrogant voice. Theirs a problem with this room because your dog is not crated. I said big deal this is not written in your policy manual anywhere that dogs have to be crated. The only thing it does state that a dog must be leashed at all times while on the property. the general manager proceeds to tell me that my SERVICE DOG has deficated on the floor. First of all this dog weighs all of about 4 pounds and when she goes to the restroom the size of what she does is very small (smaller than the size of my pinky) which is very easy to clean up. I proceeded to tell the general manager he was not permitted to be in my room without my presence or permission. He proceeds to tell me he can enter that room at anytime he wishes. he states that they do "safety checks" once a week. I said thats fine you can do your safety check when I am in my room and present. He insisted he can go in there anytime he wishes. I went digging to find out the laws on this and in fact a hotel and hotel staff CANNOT enter someoenes room as they please. This is a violation of my 4th amendment right of the constitution of the United States. This right involves "searches and seizures". The only way a hotel staff member can enter a room without permission is if their is a "reasonable safety concern". Well let me tell you a 4 pound itty bitty tiny little dog DOES NOT constitute a "safety emergency". I have contacted the local authorities and indeed this is a violation of my 4th amedment right of the constitution. From this day forward (10/19/2023) I best not find out your hotel staff is entering our room without our permission and presence. If this arrises again I will be contacting the authorities again to have the general manager arrested for invasion of privacy and I will be contacting an attorney and suing your corporation and the general manager at this location for violating my 4th amendment right. This is the second run in we have had with this individua,l and he is very ignorant and arrogant. Finally needless to say he is refusing to fix my key so I can get in my room which is also illegal, I have belongings in there along with our dog.

Desired outcome: THE GENERAL MANAGER AT YOUR PITTSBURGH LOCATION BE TERMINATED.
