My daughter purchased a pair of flip flops and they did not fit so I went exchange for larger size did not want cash had tags on shoes never worn Saturday June 17 the women that waited on me was rude obnoxious and lacked customer service skills I told her I was gonna reach out to corporate she laughed and said good I called corporate spoke to Rosie who was sympathetic and understood offered me a 10 gift card and told me her manager Bea would call me Bea was rude No customer Service skills and when I explain to her my situation, she told me I was repeating myself and sound like she was watching TV from home. Horrible customer service I used to speak to her manager, which was a Morgan. I asked for Bea last name she told me it was none of my business, and she did not have to tell me, have not heard from Morgan. The same day that I try to get the next size for the sandals, and they would not exchange I needed to buy the next size because my daughter needed tell me, and they would not let me exchange it for the next size. I waited in a line of six people, and when it was my turn, the girl who would not exchange the sandals, shut her register down when it was my turn, made her coworker take me and she treated me very badly as well. I’ve been coming to rainbow since it open and the women there are usually very pleasant and helpful and courteous, this is the first time I’ve ever been treated like this I never received the $10 gift card that I was promised and I never heard back from Morgan.
