I am a handicapped person and one of the Black Male Employees butted in front of me to the bathroom and locked the door preventing me from going to the bathroom. I was using my walker and getting ready to open the door. This issue happened around 15:00 pm time frame. My fiance' also witnessed the discriminatory act.
I plan on calling the State Handicapped Rights Advocate in Harrisburg and file a discrimination complaint. No Disabled person should ever be disrespected that way especially a Veteran. Also you should have more than 1 handicapped parking spot.
Your manager should also be reprimanded and hold training with the staff to prevent this from ever happening again. I might have paid for an item, but I will never go to that store and will circulate this experience with my fellow Veterans. I will make sure Veterans go for their chicken at other establishments.
