Chili's Grill & Bar

On Thursday 3/11/21 I visited chilies restaurant in wyncote pa. Upon arrival, I was seated and ordered a drink. When I received my drink it had stuff floating on it when I let the bartender know who was also the host and the person waiting on my table she stated that it was the stuff from a previous drink that she had made, and she didn't have time to wash the shaker which she showed me and that I should be ok. Please note the bar was a mess of bottles and dirty glasses everywhere. I placed my order which she initially forgot to put in because she was waiting on other tables, making drinks and being a hostess. IT took so long for my food. I then could hear her in the back arguing with another worker the where extremely Loud and using foul language. The manager seemed unfazed by this. She then came back out on the floor ranting and raving I finally got my food which was undercooked and cold. I was extremely upset at the service and meal
The whole situation was very unprofessional. I am a regular at chilies and a spend a lot of money there. Your help on this matter would be appreciated. There was no resolution to my cold food and service or my drink...
