Aldi - Unauthorized scan scam twice with cashier machines
Hi aldi, tiana one your employee's worker was so rude, ignorant and not listen to latin hispanics community, she refused to give our full money back, it was happened on august 11 at around 4:45 pm or 5pm she doesn't listen. I am hoping you guys replace her. And I lost the receipt. I am sorry, I don't what to do? Also, she not very nice with student as well. She racist with student, I was trying to be politely asked the manager to return full prices bring back our money. But the manager lady also was not letting us to talk and refused the refunded. And secondly the store is not a full kindly customers support or community from aldi, we always respectfully but they are not. It's very sad from us, we have to go difficult hard time for us. Please please please help us you only our hope. 😢😢 reason: charge twice scan when she did on purposely on cost three apple juices and same for blueberries, but we buy one and two products. And blame us and scam us as void. Aldi if you don't fix this, then we sued you! It true what happened. We are honest and not lied.
Desired outcome: Please give refunded back as $45, Aldi given $3.99 for scan twice.
