Chili's Grill & Bar

My husband and I stopped by the chilies in King of Prussia, PA for dinner. The South West egg rolls came out burnt
And dry. I couldn't eat them but my husband struggled through them because he doesn't like to complain and cause a scene. I stayed silent for my husband and waited for my burger. When it came it was over cooked including the roll which was burnt. I requested no lettuce but there was a pile of precut lettuce on my sandwich. The waiter stopped to ask if there was a problem. I told him Everything I ordered was over cooked. He sent the manager over who was not st all professional. She asked what was wrong and I told her about the egg rolls and she asked where they were. She asked if I wanted another burger since I hadn't touched mine. I said no because my husband was finished eating and was obviously upset by the. Attention. She never offered to at least take the price of the burger off
She was rude and did not represent chilies.
