Yellow Cab

I am a student. I am crossing a pedestrian with the walk sign indicated. An Erie yellow driver decides that he wants to make a left turn to try to hit me. I was mere inches from a trip to the hospital or even death! This is a driver that could be charged with attempt manslaughter!

Should the yellow cab company in Erie be investigated? They continue to have poor reviews, and yet they seem unwilling to change how the customers view them.
