The exit door scanner that scans barcodes was not working. Apparently the battery died so the man covering the door (Mohammed I believe is his name) was very rude and disrespectful. I merely told another customer who was waiting with me to scan out that they should put a shelf by the wall where there’s a 4 outlet electrical box and Mohammed got very upset...

I was told to return defective product, I was not offered a return label but told to return the product and if found to be defective I would not be charged return fees. The product was obviously defective and I have not been refunded return shipping fees despite several emails and after emailing requested return shipping receipt... As per your return policy return shipping will not be charged if item is found to be defective. This item was acknowledged to be defective, I have been ignored after several emails.
Desired outcome: Payment of return shipping fees
