Dropped of my truck to have winter tires put on. The front desk customer service was great. Unfortunately they did not set my pressure sensors up, did not put the correct amount of air and the best thing is they damaged all four of my rims. They immediately denied they had done this. Even though the scratches were shiny and threw existing brake dust. They finally said there machine did damage one rim and the makes on the others were not done there. Unfortunately the marks are almost identical on all the rims. The rims have never been removed because the truck in new. The manager there is Arron let me tell you what a stand up guy not. Never take your vehicle here, and thanks for jacking up my truck. Here are a few pictures of the rims. Les Schwab I am so sorry this company has gone into the toilet. This is what 30 years of loyalty gets you now days.
