Ordered online everything fine went to Home Depot to pick it up Oregon was told to go to drive up at lumber area. Went there sat for over 25 min without any representative from Home Depot acknowledging us, so my wife went over to a cashier attendant who said she didn't know how to help us pick up our Item which we showed the pickup slip to her. Then we moved up to wait another 20 minutes. Long story short, finally a Home Depot agent brought over a box, said it was ares? Yes, I said I was upset because no one came and had the respect to notify us what the holdup was. He said sorry we are busy and started rambling on never assuring this would be corrected in the future just said as he walked away have a nice rest of your day... I think management at this store in Oregon City, Oregon has some poor management of their employees that needs to be more focused toward positive customer relation
