I bought a pair of corduroy pants about one year ago but put them
Away until it was cold enough to wear them. I recently took them out to wear them, washed them and due to shrinkage they no longer fit. As I no longer have a receipt, I was unable to exchange them for something else in the store. I felt that talbots was remiss
In not standing by the product which looked brand new as iit had only been worn once. I would like to send it back to you or return to the store for a credit. I thought you were a good store that stood by its products. Although sometime has lapsed, it was brand new. I would appreciate your favorable response. Thank you for your assistance.
