I took my 2013 ford edge into my regular mechanic and he replaced my breaks an some rotors. He then told me the brake booster was bad and that there was a recall on it. He called riverside ford in Tulsa and talked to the service department. The maintenance manager he talked to (first name is Phillip, I don't know his last name) told him that yes there is a recall on the brake booster. My mechanic (Dave Nabozny in Sapulpa, OL) gave me Phillip's name and number. I called Phillip at riverside ford and he was alright with it until I told him the vehicle had a blow into mechanism on it to start it. I know that isn't hard to get around, because Dave Nabozny, who did the brakes, had no problem getting around it. So Phillip there at riverside ford said he would call me back. He never did. I called back and a mechanic answered and said Phillip wasn't there, but he would call me back. Been a week, no call.
