On december 31, 2019 I was paying for my room that the reservation expired on. I had already been in the room since december 5, 2019. The employee was extremley rude because the room was not paid for the previous night. I was told that I needed a whole new reservation, ok no big deal please put me in the same room. No they can not do that because the room I was in is dirty. Oookkk, thats fine i'll stay in a dirty room. She was so very rude and asked me if I was going to stand there and argue with her. I explained no I just didnt understand what the big deal was.in turn she told me that it's not hard to figure out its common sense. I had to walk away but first told her I needed my things out of the room asap I needed to get ready for work. So I went up to wait for her to let me in. Its' 745 I have to be at work by 8. This was communicated to the ee. 755 I went back down to see if she was going to let me in. She is sitting down on her phone and when I asked if she was going to let me in, she said... Are you calmed down now? I explained im late for work and I dont have the time to do this. She continued to let me in. Going to my new room it is a smoking room and I can not do that. I'll be tho if I am going back down to deal with lashonda at the front desk of woodspring suites northwest in oklahoma city
WoodSprings Suites - we are renting room 215 for two weeks 540.00 + dollars
The desk clerk at night at this hotel location absolutely needs to be terminated immediately. The black man is extremely rude with me and my son. The last 3 nights have been horrible because the clerk did absolutely nothing about the people that are above our room running, stomping, moving furniture around so loud constant noise like there was 100 people up there. And of the 3 nights or so, we cannot sleep and havent slept at all since we have been in this room. This is beyond the most miserable place of rest and peace that even for the most no caring tenant to spend 5 minutes in. We would like a full refund for this unbearable and miserable time here. Or to be moved to another quieter room far away from this for a month like we intended to stay. Sincerely lloyd sullins... N
