Long John Silver's - Worst service I have ever had

At approx 6:15 pm today I pulled into the drive thru at 29th and douglas in midwest city, ok and waited for about 2 minutes. Nobody answered so I said hello and still no reply. Waited and kept saying hello for another 6 to 7 minutes and finally drove to the take out window. A white girl was leaning on the counter with her head set on top of her head and had earbuds in her ears playing on her phone. I had to knock on the window to get her attention, she opened the window and I told her nobody would talk to me at the speaker, she proceeded to say oh how long were you waiting to which I said almost 9 minutes, she shook her shoulders and said what do you want! No i'm sorry just what do you want so I gave her my order and she closed the window with my hand out trying to give her my credit card. A young black girl was looking ans had to motion to her about my card to which she finally opened the window and took it, when she gave it back to me I asked for vinegar and red sauce for my fish and shrimp. Well when I got home I had no vinegar, I had no red sauce instead I got seven packs of tartar sauce. This is not how a company is supposed to be ran. I will never go back to that one again!

Desired outcome: I would like a response and a formal Apology from someone

Long John Silver's - service, and cold food and water down soda

On September 26th 2019 at 7pm I visited this store. We ordered thru the drive thru. We waited 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order. After ordering we waited another 25 minutes to get to the window to get our food. When handed our drinks the ice had melted and i asked the girl at the window for fresh sodas because it was watered down because the ice was melted. She just poured some out of cup and added ice. I then told her again I dont want a water down soda she sighed and got me fresh sodas. We parked in lot to eat and everything we ordered was cold and tasted like grease. We will never go here again. Customer service was awful, food cold and long long wait, totally not worth the price we paid.
