The woman running the register on 7/27/19 was very rude to my son when he went in. He asked if he could pay for his items separately and her response was " I don't care." Then, when paying for the other half of his items he had to look for the barcode on the item himself. He didn't know where it was, since he is not an employee of family dollar, as he was looking she requested him to " please hurry up." I myself work as a licensed business professional and part of my job is customer service to my clients. I could not imagine what the CEO of our company would say if we treated our paying clients in such a disrespectful manner. When I called to ask her name so I can file a complaint she was very rude to me over the phone. She stated she was the only one there working all day and was the store manager. I don't understand how someone with such a disrespectful demeanor can have a position, much less management, where customer service is expected to be pleasant. I will not be returning to this location and will be sure to tell my clients about my personal experience with this specific store and person. From reviews and talking to others around me, they know who I am referring to and she is known for being rude to not just my family but others as well. I'm sure the store has seen the consequences since she has been there.
