I entered the store after a employee looked outside as I was approaching and she then shut the door in my face. I proceeded into the store and noticed the music playing was rap and using the words [censored] and f*ck. There was limited engagement with the customers ie bagging the articles and giving the change.
This store is by a great neighborhood and I really want it to succeed. The panhandlers at the doors are gone which is great. I know it is really hard to get quality employees. For this store to succeed and not sink into an abyss the service and representation has got to step up. I hope you take this seriously because it is in a great location and could potentially do very well if these issues are resolved. There are other options for the customer base and these will no doubt be utilized if this store is to continue to operate as it is.
