I am an ex employee of Tim Hortons . I am complaining for the next person, or persons affected by, in my opinion, life changing, poor, ownership.
I left a job, which, helped me to survive in our world, by working, and therefore earning a humble pay. I worked 3rd shift, I found that really worked well being a Dad, to a son of re 4.
I was never trained, I was called stupid by Lonnie, the owner. Also my paychecks are not the proper amounts. Upon quitting, I was asked, "What days did you work? What days did you not get paid for?" And more. I am not to responsible for more than clocking in and out. Showing up on time, and working over are nice too.
My experience at Tims was pleasant.. I complain to whomever is concerned, for the next employee. I have turned my uniform in. Money owed to me, is now ADPs problem. Not Tims. If it takes four weeks for me to get the make-up check, I'll be lucky.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
