Red Roof Inn

My room - Toilet would not flush, coffee pot did not work, outlet did not work, door would not shut when going out without key card. Blood on sheet. Pubic hair in shower. The font desk worker would not give me a receipt when leaving stating she couldn't because I booked the room by Internet. . I thought my room was 61.00 with tax and I was charged 78.00 She would not give me a AARP or a Triple A discount.. No offer for a refund or a free night, Needless to say I would not stay at that Red Roof again anyway. Most Red Roofs are decent. They wanted to blame housekeeper. Not her fault.. I am not one to complain but this hotel is giving Red Roof a bad name. Also the refrigeration in breakfast area was poor. Not cold at all. Food and milk stored there. I wouldn't eat or drink anything. It is newly owned and really needs looked into. This incident occurred on 1-2-16 to 1-3-16. Thank You
