I had serious surgery on my foot. It is tore up I am on crutches. The pain is unbelievable. I went to the pharmacy at Southpark center and found out the doctor mistakenly called the rx into a Wallgreens. The lady behind the counter kept saying I do not know as I asked her to transfer the rx to the Strongsville location. Due to extreme pain I will admit I was irritable. After she said I don’t know the 10th time I asked if she knew anything. The word [censored] slipped out. At this point a large man came out and threatened me. He used the word [censored] about 17 times. Then he refused to give me the prescriptions I did have waiting there. He also refused to even hear what my complaint was. He told me to leave. I had screws installed in my foot. I needed the pain meds from the doctor also my rx needles for another prescription. I did not get the man name bur the incident happened at the Strongsville pharmacy today 01/17/2024 at 2:50PM. The gentleman was a very large fat white man.
