Long John Silver's - Quality of oil, food and service
We waited over 20 minutes for our food in Salem, OH. When my husband questioned them why so long of a wait, the manager said they only have one fryer for fish. The other food was cold sitting waiting on the fish. The oil was so old it was bitter on the fish and absolutely disgusting. The color of the breading did not like your pictures. The ventilation was horrible in there, you could see the grease in the air in the kitchen. The tartar sauce used to be so good and now it is like plain mayonnaise.
Desired outcome: Have a regular schedule for changing the oil on a weekly basis and get another fryer. Change the tartar sauce back to the old kind. There has to be food quality control at all times. Our bill was over $20.00
