I just moved here from akron, oh, (about an hour away) and what a welcome to the community your store number 7686 gave me. I entered the store on 9/11/22 at approx. 1:45 pm to see if I qualified for a free test. I am disabled and on tight, fixed income. The young lady with braids helped me. It was determined I did not qualify for free tests. So I bought one. $10.00 to me is like 500.00 to others. I mentioned I was going up road to walgreens and if free there, can I return. Was told "yes" hold on to receipt. Walgreens gave me four tests. In less than 20 minutes later (I have both time stamped receipts to prove this) I went back to cvs and was told by the meanest young lady you have other heard "no". She (patti) needs soft skills, by the way. Wicked. The one representative was about to give me my money back, but she stepped in. I explained that the ten dollars was all I had left until october she could care less. What she (and cvs) did was cruel and disgusting. 20 minutes? I never went home! Welcome to the community, from cvs! Never again. I want my money back, please. Furthermore, there are no signs at the display stating there are no return for unopened covid tests. I know this because I have a picture via my phone of the display. I trusted the young lady with braids who told me to "hold on to my receipt" she is an extension of your company and you should honor what she told me as being fact.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to return this test that I NEVER WENT HOME WITH and NEVER OPENED after I was told I CAN by a sales associate of CVS.
