We closed on our Maronda home on 6-10-19 and when we did the walk through the downstairs half bath toilet rocked. They said they would send a plumber out to fix it, which they did but he said it needs to be leveled correctly and the tried other things that didn't work. Now a year later they are finaly removing the flooring to level the floor and replacing the flooring. The upstairs master bathroom shower stall has cracked 3 times they fixed it twice and now the service companys (they have send 2 differant companys out) say they can't fix it that it just needs replaced. Maronda has not got intouch with us since the last repair guy was there on 6-23-20. I feel like we are being ignored. We haven't been able to use our master shower for 3 months and our downstairs bathroom has had the toilet out of it for more than a month now. Not happy with the customer sevice with Maronda. The model home is across the street from our house and I'm about to put asign up to tell people to talk to me before they buy.
