Aspen Dental - Not honoring financial policies, refusing to remove emergency wisdom teeth

I went to Aspen Dental in Fremont Ohio on Augustt 4th 2021. Both my husband and I went at the same time. We have caresource dental, who only covers $800 a year and no one takes in our area. They told me that was fine and I saw on their policies that they use in network pricing from insurance for patients who are out of network. I told them in advance that I have an emergency with my wisdom teeth that have been impacted for years, are most likely now infected and causing immense migraines where I cant see/do anything. They said my wisdom teeth were on a nerve channel so they couldn't touch them. In financing, they told us mine would be about $2k JUST for deep cleaning, and said nothing about the oral surgeon/maxiofacial one. The quote they gave my husband was $38k for deep cleaning, removal of his root tips and missing teeth and either implants or partial. For mine I said why are you not honoring the financial policy that you guys do in network pricing, I showed the financial lady the paper directly from their website, that I signed, and she just stared at it for a while and said "well I don't know" and never mentioned it again. I had to bring up the fact that they mentioned an oral surgeon she didn't even know. She said oh we cant give a price on that (means $10s of thousands) and you have to pay for your consult which is only available at the end of the month or on a wait list in September. Never mind this is an emergency and I'm starting a new job after being unemployed for years, so had to cancel the appt we paid for. They said there's literally no other appts available at times after/before 8am-5pm. I ve been trying to get these wisom teeth out for years and more recently, been searching very hard and no one will do them. Everyone says they're an emergency dental office, but tells you it'll be months and tens of thousands of dollars. I'm disabled and home bound, have been for 3 years and have not had any pay, income, or disability or medical assistance. I started crying because I would not have stepped foot in that office and had them hurt me for over an hour if I knew it be this crazy and they wouldn't honor policies. They also said my gingervitus was "moderate" when I literally am losing bone from the severe gum loss and my front teeth basically have no gum left and roots hanging out. They don't honor financial policies, give you hugely expensive quotes that don't break down what each individual service costs, and make you wait months for emergency service. It'd be nice If they would honor the financial policy for out of network insurance that corporate wrote, and not pretend to not know about it and make excuses for why they cant do it. Also when someone has an emergency, actually remove their teeth. I'm gonna have to suffer through this excruciating pain forever because I can't find anyone who will touch them. I had failed back surgery so I know pain and this oral pain is more intense than that and they don't care. Also on the phone before the appt they had mentioned the dr would prescribe pain relief, and during the appt mentioned rx toothpaste/mouthwash. Neither of those was brought up or done. Im attaching photos of all the quotes they gave us including the one that shows they made us pay for the first appt, only for me, even though their policy states free first visit. Also attaching the financial policy highlighted showing the parts they did not honor. For us to start treatment of any kind (even just cleaning) they wanted a 60% deposit. 60% of $38k! Refused any other options for payment plans. We cannot do credit anything because of me being out of work and having horrible credit and my husband being self employed with bad credit. They just kept offering credit based payment plans.

Desired outcome: Give me a referall to an oral surgeon who can get me in a reasonable time frame, honor their financial out of network policy.
