The restaurant was very busy. We waited 15-20 minutes for a table, and of course there were others waiting as well. I have a disability and was sitting there with my cane. A table became available and another customer was starting to head that way so my daughter went on to get the table since we were next to get a table. So as soon as she started to sit down the male employee cleaning tables (had a tie on) he yelled at her! “Hey don’t sit there until I clean it” Everyone in the place looked at her for getting yelled at. Then while we were finishing eating & the place cleared out that same man started mopping & moving the steel chairs. He dragged them across the floor making so much noise we couldn’t even carry on a conversation! Then as I was heading to the register to pay he mopped right in front of me so I (with a cane) has to walk over a wet floor. The waitress we had was wonderful, but he is the worst person I’ve ever encountered at a WH.
Desired outcome: I believe that man needs to be spoken to & some education on how to act at work. Never yell at the customer & don’t mop in front of crippled people, don’t drag the chairs across the floor-pick up & put down.
