I had the displeasure of one of your workers yell at me after I pulled off to correct something that I requested. I was told "next time call it chili sauce not chili oil! He loudly stated this after starting to pull away. I knew it would be a problem due to requesting extra packs of crackers and chili oil. And the"new person"that took my order in a snarky way... Ten packs of crackers? I said yes, and chili oil! We don't have chili dogs, assuming I said that. Which I corrected her"chili oil "she failed to give me my receipt at the window and did not greet me, just a scowl on face. So I looked in the bag and an overabundance of crackers and only 3 chili oils when I requested 5. I honked my horn to get someone back to, a light skinned male in all red came to window and I asked for more chili oil and he looked at the girl that took my order and asked me didn't you only get one chili? I said no! I got 2 give me more chili oil sir I just paid my money for food! He gave it and then as I pulled off yelled out the next time don't call it that, call it chili sauce! I felt offended and threw the food away and bought food somewhere else and called to complain and get a refund. I spoke with a manager and district manager and they were no help in resolving my issue of inconsideration. No apology for rude staff, just an excuse that she is new. I was sincere in my threats to call corporate but they said won't nothing be done... No call back... No email... You'll get me again. Which is horrible if a manager can speak on behalf of the company and dismiss someone not happy with service. She would not give her first name to document appropriately.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my monies spent. there rude and unprofessional. I have never had no one yell out a drive though window in my 50 years of take out
