On 7/29/19 8:00am I was short changed $14.79 at Burger King drive thru window 1618 Morse Rd Columbus Ohio when the BK employee attending the window told me that I would have to waite for my change while she would have to verify the $20 dollar bill I gave her as not being counterfit. There was a lineup at the window so when they gave me my food I didn't realize that I hadn't been given my change until I got home. I tried calling this BK a half dozen times but no one would answer. I drove back to the BK but was told that they were too busy to count the cash register drawer. I then asked to talk to manager but was told he wasn't in. I told the employee I wasn't leaving the drive thru unil I got my change so she said I would have to Waite and about 5 minutes late she said the drawer wasn't over and I needed to leave or would call the police so I went home and looked up the complaint line phone number. I Called Complaint line and they would check into It and gave me complaint ref # Rlg6l. I heard nothing from them that day so called back the next day a was told it oould take 7 to 10 days for a answer. After 11 days and no answer I was told that they had emailed the BK location and it was up to the location to call me. I why hadn't call the BK and got a reply them selves but was told they didn't call BK stores.
So I'm out $14.79 and need go to a BK again and will warn others.
