Pizza Hut

I called to order the manager said my order was out for delivery. (lied). Then I received a text stating my order is out for delivery at 3:22pm it is now 4:42pm still have not received my order I called back and the manager had an attitude I asked for her name several times she said her name is store manager, but what she doesn't know is I was talking to corporate while she was being nasty. I requested a refund. Give me my refund now. Then managers is why Pizza Hut is going down hill look how many complaints in just a few days terrible.
