Buyer beware... I bought a car a year ago with the extended warranty, I haven't needed much repairs since so I never used it but this month I needed to use the warranty and come to find that what the guy told me was untrue and the paperwork I signed isn't the paperwork they have in the system. He lied about the total cost of the car and it was actually my finance company that stepped up and made them fix it, when I spoke with the corporate office they backed up their sales people and said I was lying even though the state of ohio and my finance company both had to step in about the price (all 3 of us being told different amounts) they are lying to consumers to sell cars and then try to hide behind lemon laws, well guess what I have recorded conversations and all the paperwork to prove fraud!
