Wendy’s

My name is Jason, and I visited the Wendy's at 6243 Glenway Ave Cincinnati OH. I was there on Sunday 9/17 around 430. After placing my order, I was told to pull up and had to wait around 10 mins for order to be ready. Our food was cold and dried out. The nuggets and fries felt like they were over an hour old and the crew member that brought it out to the car sounded rude. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location and is known around here as the one not to go to, but I gave it another try and it still stands as the worst Wendys I have gone to, ever. I grew up with Wendys and love the food, but they always staff this location with crew that seem to hate having to work and don't care about the experience of customers and I run a kitchen around here so I feel for others working long hours but THERE IS NO NEED to pushing that off to the guest. I'm not typing this to get a handout although I work hard for the money I just wasted on this, I'm just letting you know of the experience I had and will not be returning to this location any longer.
