Wendy’s

I have worked the week of 12/7/20-12/13/20 and never received my pay on 12/21/20 as I was supposed to. Because of this I refuse to return to work because I can't work for free and pay my bills. How do I receive my money that is owed? Who must I contact? Management Said they emailed payroll but to no avail I'm guessing since no one speaks to me. I have tried numerous times to reach out and nobody let's me know anything and with this happening and with the pandemic all at once it's making me lose my house.
