In mid November, I ordered a vanity and 2 faucets online. The next day I received an e mail my order was ready. I paid my contractor to help me pick it up. The faucets were the only thing in were the faucets. I was told the vanity was coming and I would receive an e mail. 2 weeks later, no email. I called the store and was told the ordered was cancelled. The young woman said she’d put the order in right then. A week later, I called. She did not put the order in. I was furious. She transferred me to the department for vanities. The man said the vanity was there, no box, but it looked ok. He was going to send it to the pick up area. Again, paid my contractor to help me. We get to Menards. The vanity was dented, scratches and has a chunk out of the back. They ordered another. This puts my project 3 weeks behind and has costs me more money. In addition, I purchased the vanity during the last 11% rebate. Now, the replacement order was placed last week. Will I be able to still get the rebate?
Desired outcome: A discount on the item and to be eligible for the 11% rebate.
