Today is January 14 I entered your location off of North Fairfield turning right into your parking lot when around ordered my food and while I was exiting your establishment it was complete ice from the top all the way out into the street. You could tell it has not been salted or shoveled after the snowstorm we had Saturday into Sunday morning You have had ample time to remove or at least try to solve the area. I have a brand new 2018 Cadillac Escalade with less than 7000 miles on the vehicle wow leaving your facility my truck would not stop as it started down the hill. The front driver side of my wheel slammed into the concrete divider keeping me from sliding out into the traffic. I pulled across the street into Frisch‘s parking lot to check the damage and there is a 8" gash taken out of the front wheel and also caused my steering wheel to be cocked to the right. I have an appointment Thursday morning at 8 o'clock to get The vehicle realigned and spoke with a wheel company that is willing to resurface the wheel he was talking $175 up to $225 so with the alignment and fixing my Will we're looking at around $300 I need to know what your take is on this whole situation as I could to know there were many cars that had jumped over the divider because of the ice not allowing them to get stopped. I need to have somebody call me back at your earliest convenience with some answers. I was at your location daily sometimes twice a day and have never had any problems in the past.
