Regal Cinemas

I was at the Regal theather 6707 Transit Rd. Williamsville N.Y. 14221 today for the showing of Mortal Engines at 2:30 showing. As soon as I walked in I could smell a musty odor from the carpeting. Popcorn all over the floor as I preceding the the theater. Stop to the bathroom and toilet paper everywhere on the floor, the stalls were disgusting. I told the manager and he said he would take care of it. When the movie was over had to use the bathroom again. It was never cleaned. Reported this again to the manager. I will never go back to that Regal Theather again. Especially what it costs these days to see a movie. Disgusting movie theater.
