Today was the second time I brought my 2018 RAV4 in for its 5K service. On 3/18/2019 I brought it in and was told it would be 4 hours waiting time because 1/2 the service Techs were at a Union meeting. I couldn't wait 4+ hours. Today I brought it in and was told it would take 90 minutes. I waited 2 1/2 hours and checked the status and was told they hadn't even started on my car. I spoke to the service manager TJ and was told if I waited longer, another 15 minutes he would get my car done. I left the service with my car again without anything being done. I didn't want a rush job because I complained and I had allowed what I thought was a reasonable amount of time since I had a appointment. My family and I have leased numerous cars from this dealership and have never had this happen before. I find this completely unacceptable.
