Texas Roadhouse

I went to Texas Roadhouse I ordered a Dallas filet and mashed potatoes. When it came to the table, the steak was half grizzle! and potatoes where cold! Of course they took it back and brought me another. The manger was not at all apologetic! She just said is this better, it was better but by then I had lost my appetiteIt will be a long time before I go back if ever? I hope this will be looked into. my whole experience rates a zero for a return!
