I had called them 5 days before my day I wanted to get my hair done and ask who did my haircut and dye at my last visit. She had told me who and then I asked if she is working on thursday. she said yes and I should call back on Thursday morning early when they open up. I did and the woman asked when I wanted to come in. I said 11:30 am. She said she she could only do 12 noon. I said let me call back. I called back in 30 minutes and told her yes Ill take 12 noon appt. She asked me again what Im having done. I told her cut and dye. She said sorry we only have 2 people and we dont have time for dying anyone's hair. Only for haircuts. I was so surprised that she couldnt do a hair dye. They usually have more than 2 people working and why cant a hair salon not do a hair dye? Wow I couldnt get my hair done. I am thinking about going to a different salon that can do dyes and haircuts. I also wish she had told me that she couldn't dye my hair when I first called them 5 days before the appt and /or when I first called them in the morning.
