Hello,
My order was incorrect this morning, yet again. I spend $8 a coffee almost every day and I order it with light ice. This morning the coffee cup was fill more than 3/4 cup full of ice. Which leaves me about 4 sips through the straw of coffee. This isn't the first time this has happened, I'm just a little frustrated and can't take it any longer. Also was in the drive through for a good 12 minutes and I had 1 car in front of me. I had used the mobile order app too. Very disappointed in the overall experience when I'm paying a high-end price for coffee...Getting in touch with someone to resolve this issue has also been not the easiest at all. I've been on standby through live chat for 30 mins now with no one coming to chat.
