Citibank

My name is Ilya Borukhov residing at 66-49 Booth Street, Rego Park, NY 11374. I hold a credit card with Citi ending 4089. I called today at 1-866-385-5122. I spoke with Dee rep. about my case. She was not professional and was not willing to help. Then I spoke to Manager, Amanda (from same department) who advised that I would get a refund for disputed charges and a letter by mail and e-mail for me to sign. I called back same department and spoke with Genie to confirm that Amanda put notes in my file. Genie told me Amanda does not exist and there are no notes. I had to reexplain all over again. Then I spoke to Beth to confirm that there are notes I had with Genie. Beth could not confirm anything. I kept calling. The only nice person was Kailee who said Amanda exist and confirmed I should be getting a credit and a letter by mail and email to sign. . I am frustrated about the whole situation. I am hoping I will get a letter by mail and e-mail for me to sign and credit as promised.

Please help me with this matter.
