Must be familiar name YEXT! Let me tell you about my experience with YEXT. You know yext has partners like elocal, locality, topix, local. yahoo.com, etc. I learn that I can get FREE listing with them by recording my business. The next day I discover Tom Hill (sales Rep) calling me to inform me saying im not placing in the search engines I have poor placement. Knowing that he intentionally went back re edit my listings. Is that shady or what? So, desperate for business Tom Hill taking extreme measures to gain my business. First, I" M not paying for advertisement when I know its FREE. Tom Hill such poor example of YEXT he was very rude and nasty over the phone. You tell me how can you sell anything with your attitude. I will never support YEXT nor do business with them. They are very misleading and they dont offer nothing. I know im saying for all my SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS out there. Why should we support them (YEXT) complete scam artist. Another thing if you look at there web site they have no headquarters # its unlisted I wonder why? I call the new york office [protected] I ask the operator can I get headquarters # to resolve this issue she refuse to, so shady. Im sure Alot SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS experience this. Keep it simple BOYCOTT them because they dont provide nothing, when we know the listings are FREE.
