Employee Lelynn or Lellyn - not sure of the spelling, called me a "[censored]" (in front of me and my little boy) and closed the restaurant early (the sign posted outside this location said closing was 10 pm). Locked the doors of the restaurant, threw everyone out of the restaurant, and pulled the plugs out of the kiosks so no more orders could occur. She said she could not open the register so we could not purchase a Wendy's keychain for my son. She said my son was sitting down at the tables and that was a problem since she had to put the chairs on the tables and clean up.
There were no more chocolate frosty shakes - we were give four peppermint frosties.
This person was incredibly nasty and rude - do all your employees call customers [censored]es and pull the plugs on the kiosks so no one can order, and then proceed to kick everyone out so she can close early? Is that your store policy? Leilynn had no name tag - I asked her colleague Madison for her name.
Desired outcome: More customer training. And - Leilynn has no place working with people - she was a complete nasty monster. Really poor attitude. We would like a Wendy's keychain for free frosties. Shocked to be asked to leave and be called a [censored].
