Stop & Shop

On January 24th 2024, I went to the stop and shop on cropsey Avenue in brooklyn.

I purchased two rolled up bags of crab legs that were pre packed. The crab legs were dark in color and I didn't notice it until I got home. I spent 60$ on them. My wife prepared them and I had them for dinner. 1 hour later I got very sick and I haven't stopped throwing up. The crab was very old and the way that they packaged it was to trick us customers into buying it without noticing . I will never go back there ever again. The clerk that worked behind the sea food counter is very shady . He seen me trying to purchase them and didn't say a word, besides smirk. Sea food can cause serous illnesses if not fresh. They need that department shut down asap.

I have medical conditions which prevent me from wearing face covering, I am the sole provider and beneficiary of my family. The store manager invaded the social distancing executive order by coming close to me and preceded to invade my privacy. Additionally she was going to deny me entry which is discrimination under the execute order 202.17 and American with Disabilities act advising me that I am not longer allowed to be at the store. Additional the store manager and the security personal began asking me about my health conditions which are protected under the HIPAA. They did this all in the public of others which is disgusting and very hurtful and have made Feel extreme anxiety and frustration in additional to troubling times.
