PC Richard & Son

My LG Refrigerator stopped working on January 14, 2021. I called PC Richards for service scheduled my appointment for 1/28/21 (Two Weeks without a working Refrigerator) The Technician came on 1/28/21 and had to order a part, they rescheduled for Monday 2/1/21. They just cancelled because of the storm which is understandable. But now they won't reschedule until Friday 2/5/21! I'm going over 3 weeks without a refrigerator and I have three children at home. I paid for the extended warranty and I feel I am not getting the proper results to a fairly critical problem. MY PC Richard Service call # is [protected]
