I recently just became a member with Crunch at this location. Signing up was easy with the member consultant and he was very helpful. I go to the gym on 05/19/19 and I was taken back from a trainer (Laura) was her name. I was using a machine, however went to return a kettle bell since I was done using the kettle bell. I come back and she's there with a client. Cool... NP. I tell her that I wasn't done using that machine. Her reply was "you wasn't here." I told her that I went to return a kettlebell but my stuff was there meaning phone, resistance bands etc. She looked at me as if I was nothing I said was important and she dismissed me pretty much. Normally I would've made a scene regardless of who it is but I decided to just write a complaint. The fact is she was rude for no reason. I am defiantly not happy with how that interaction went.
