First and foremost I am a working woman with a day to day 8am-5pm M-F. I got a check about 5:30pm Friday when I got out of work so I went to cash it here. She then told me I have to come between the hours of 8-5 now being that I work 8-5 it's physically impossible! But okay Monday comes I leave work early to get there before 5pm I'm now standing in line for 20 mins my turn finally comes up and she tells me I have to come between the hours of 8-5 like Annabel you seen me standing there for a good 15 mins waiting! To say oh now you gotta come back 15 mins before 5, mins you I was waiting on line for way longer then that! She then tells me oh well you have to make time between 8-5. Meanwhile she said oh well you know lines are long which btw it's 4:00pm and she was the only one working and still at 5pm the only one working I have many witness that can say the same thing! I'm also reporting Annabel to consumer affairs and going to see if there is a way to file a civil suit against her. Not only for being rude but basically telling me oh well you going to have to find another job if you want to cash your check because you have to be here 8-5. I hope this reaches someone from the company who actually gives a [censored]
