New York Sports Club [NYSC]

I have been trying to cancel my membership they say I have to go in person to do so but that is highly inconvenient and the membership can be cancelled over the phone or via email. I'm not able to use the gym due to my work hours. I have called them to cancel and they will not allow that to happen so if I am able to cancel it that would be more ideal as opposed to wasting time there
